About

I am a graduate student at the Academy of Art University. I received my BFA in Fashion Design at the International Academy of Design and Technology. Currently I am working on my MFA studying fashion merchandising with an emphasis in product development. I am very familiar with Adobe suites, Microsoft Office, pattern drafting,grading,product sourcing, illustration and technical drawings, as well as cost and spec sheets. Because I currently work as a seamstress at Stitch It Alteration I am not only familiar with different types of textiles, I understand construction, and have worked with different types of industrial machines. I currently have a 3.5 GPA, and I am goal- oriented, a self motivator, and pay attention to detail. My portfolio is a visual representation of what inspires me to create the pieces I already have, as well as the blossoming of ideas I have for the future. It is my goal to be a key contributor to the company that I end up working for, so that we may both exceed our expectations and take our production to the next level.
